The builder behind Cattlemen Homes

About the builder

A builder who answers the phone.

Cattlemen Homes was founded by Jeremy Pool on a simple idea: a custom home should be built by the people you actually talk to, on land you actually love.

We keep our build calendar deliberately small so that every family gets the attention a generational home deserves. You will know the name of the person walking your site, and you will hear from us before you have to ask.

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Still have a question? Just ask us.

Do you build on land I already own?

Yes. Building on your own land is what we do best. We will walk the site with you, study the slope, drainage, and views, and design a home that fits it.

Can you help me find land?

Absolutely. If you are still looking, we can point you toward the right acreage and communities across North Texas and help you evaluate a site before you buy.

How much does a custom home cost?

Every home is priced to its plan and finishes, so we give you a fixed-price contract before we break ground. No moving numbers, no surprise change orders driven by us.

How long does it take to build?

Most custom homes take roughly nine to fourteen months from groundbreaking, depending on size, site, and selections. We give you a realistic timeline up front and update it honestly.

Do you help with financing?

Yes. We work alongside trusted construction lenders, can introduce you to ones who understand custom builds, and provide the fixed-price contract your lender will need.

Where in North Texas do you build?

We build on acreage and in custom communities across Parker, Wise, Denton, Tarrant, and Hood counties and the greater DFW region.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Once we lock your plan and selections, your contract price is the price. The only changes are ones you request, quoted clearly before any work happens.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every Cattlemen home comes with a written workmanship warranty, and we stand behind the home long after you have the keys.
